Chronicle staff was happy to note that Swoops was up and active at 8:35 this morning, and particularly feisty owing to the crisp cool air, and the mounting stress of having to feed and clothe adolescent chicks. Anybody with a teenage daughter can feel for Swoops.
Paparazzi was also spotted in the area. Swoops had no comment for the press, but did give me an upbeat chirp after accepting a piece of my bran muffin.
