There was a black bird then that used to attack heads of people. As pedestrians walk along the walkway this bird loops in and out, hovering over their heads and then retreating back to his nook in the trees overlooking the Embarcadero. I'm guessing this bird is also a proud papa and is protecting some young or a female in the shrubberty.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
